Experience
- Engineering Intern (Summers 2006-08) - ANADIGICS
- Designed a gain block amplifier for use as an input stage of a power amplifier.
- Layout of test cells to debug RFIC power amplifiers, low-noise amplifiers, and switches.
- Designed automation software to measure static and dynamic EVM, ACPR, P1dB and harmonics of power amplifiers for 802.11a/b/g and WiMAX applications; reduced data collection time by a factor of one-fourth.
- Created test software to measure S-parameters, P1dB, and harmonics using a network analyzer.
- Undergraduate Research Assistant (May-Dec 2008) - Advanced Semiconductor Technology Facility
- Current-voltage characterization of wide-bandgap solar cells and pn-junction diodes.
